RESOLUTIONS AND PROCEDURES

Woodville Basketball operates across a massive sporting landscape.
Due to this, the committee insists that where there are issues in need of resolution, that the following procedure must be followed.

FOR ALL FEE INQUIRIES, FEE PAYMENTS, UNIFORM CHANGES / REPLACEMENTS
Your Team Manager is your FIRST point of contact.
A committee member may be contacted SECOND only if the team manager has been unable to assist.

A PLAYER IS UNABLE TO PLAY OR TRAIN
The coach is the FIRST point of contact.
The team manager is the SECOND point of contact.


RESOLUTION PROCESS
If genuine issues arise with any aspect of Woodville or WBA life,
the first point of contact is your team manager.
If that provides no resolution, then a letter of complaint or inquiry may be directed to the committee.

Any correspondence to the committee should outline the nature of the issue, the steps taken thus far and the outcome sought.
Please note, that complaints not made in writing will not be attended to.
