ANNUAL MILESTONES PHOTO	Taken at Woodville's annual photo shoot, players who play their 150th, 200th, 250th, 300th, 350th, 400th career game through the calendar year or score their 1000th, 1500th, 2000th, 2500th, 3000th, 3500th or 4000th career point through the calendar year will appear in the club's annual milestone photo. Players appearing receive a complimentary photo.
WOODVILLE 200 GAME JACKET	200 Gamers receive a specially embroidered club jacket upon reaching the 200 Game milestone. Jacket is embroidered with 200 GAME MEMBER WOODVILLE BASKETBALL CLUB
300 GAME PLAYER PORTRAIT 2000 POINT PLAYER PORTRAIT	Upon playing 300 Career Games or scoring 2000 Points Woodville commissions an immaculate framed photographic montage from Keith Bedford Snapshots, featuring the achieving player in action. Framed and backed in club colours, it captures a brilliant career of the player involved.
ANNUAL TEAM PHOTOS	KEITH BEDFORD SNAPSHOTS is the official photographer of the WOODVILLE BASKETBALL CLUB. Annually, the club holds its team photo shoot, usually in November. Team Photos, Individual Photos and Sibling Photos are available for purchase.
CLUB TROPHIES	CLUB TROPHIES are awarded to all players and coaches who play under the WOODVILLE banner throughout a year at the club's annual Presentation Day. Occasionally, special recognition trophies are also awarded to loyal and long serving club members. WOODVILLE also has a 300 Game Plaque which depicts the club's 300 Game Members.
ANNUAL PRESENTATION DAY	WOODVILLE'S ANNUAL PRESENTATION DAY - held annually, it gives the club an opportunity to come together to celebrate and reflect upon the freshly completed year. A pre-booked ticketing system is in place, however the WOODVILLE BASKETBALL CLUB does subsidise part costs of the tickets purchased, venues are determined closer to the date. Most recently, Presentation Day has been held at Adventure Park in early December.
PLAYER TRADING CARDS	WOODVILLE BASKETBALL began capturing each player's achievements through individual player trading cards in 2006. At the end of the year, every player receives their very own playing card detailing their career stats to date.

WOODVILLE is currently expanding with two new teams.

A second Under 8 team is proposed, with recruiting now taking place for the WOODVILLE Under 8 ALLSTARS.

The FRENZY will train at 6:15pm - 7:00pm, Mondays on Court 1 at the Stadium.
